Laugh more. Give more. Do more.

In 2010, some of the founding members came together to help a friend who was struggling from the untimely and unexpected death of his wife. They sent him on a fishing trip for the weekend and when he returned home, they had built a bar in his garage. They began having “Steak Night” every Thursday (a tradition that still stands to this day), where they would bar-b-que, have a few drinks, and tell some tall tells. They started small, sponsoring kids participating in athletic programs with money from their own pockets. As the number of steak night attendees grew, so did the need to help. This group of friends realized they had the ability to make a difference and when someone suggested they become a non-profit, they began the process, and The Dewville Social Club was born.
